Cowes Festival 2008 - Fireworks

As promised, here they are, more fireworks pictures!

The lovely day was concluded with the display of spectacular fireworks. It lasted for the longest time and it was just magical. I took loads of photos but for most of the show I just stood back and watched in amazement!

Beatle Mania! 2

It was a really good night with great music and people dancing. And as the sun set people took their wands out and started dancing with them. I took pics of the dancing lights (with the help of our good mate Richard). Here goes...

And as the concert comes to an end, the night was concluded (literally) with a blast: A showcase of fireworks!!

It's that time of the week again, and today's theme is 'bright'.  My creativity eluded me this week so I resorted to these photos which were taken ages ago. I hope they do the trick, this is the first time I've taken pictures of fireworks... 

(I took these photos last May 2007 when the cruise ship Liberty of the Seas made her first port of call in Southampton, on a promotional visit.)
